1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing our website, purchasing services, or renting agency advertising accounts (including TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Google, Snapchat, or Taboola), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Scope & Agency Ad Accounts

Capital Media Hub provides access to enterprise-grade, verified agency advertising accounts via authorized partner structures (including Business Centers and Agency Credit Lines). Our services are provided strictly for lawful, policy-compliant advertising campaigns.

3. User Responsibilities & Advertising Compliance

  • Policy Adherence: Clients must strictly comply with all applicable advertising policies and terms of service of third-party platforms (TikTok Advertising Policies, Meta Advertising Standards, Google Ads Policies, etc.).
  • Prohibited Content: You may not use rented accounts to promote counterfeit goods, phishing, deceptive financial schemes, hate speech, or illegal services. Any direct, intentional violation that causes account suspension terminates services immediately without liability on Capital Media Hub.
  • Asset Management: Clients are responsible for backing up their proprietary campaign creatives, custom audiences, and tracking pixels.

4. Wallet Balances, Top-Ups & Fees

All ad spend deposits (“Top-Ups”) are credited to your allocated agency ad account balance. Service fees or commissions (typically 5%–10% depending on package and spend volume) are disclosed prior to top-up processing. Minimum top-up amounts apply as agreed upon during onboarding.

5. Account Replacements & Maintenance

In the event of an automated technical freeze or platform bug not caused by client policy violations, Capital Media Hub will provide a replacement account within 24 to 48 business hours or transfer your remaining verified wallet balance to an alternate active account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Capital Media Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform algorithm updates, global platform outages, or automated moderation policy changes instituted by TikTok, Meta, Google, or related ad networks.
